If the tubing is normal, the steering valve is faulty.
(3) If the measured power is turned to the normal pressure of the pump, the pressure of the pump when the pressure control valve and the shut-off valve are fully closed, the value should be 7200 ~ 7800kPa. If the unloading pressure is too low, you should check the flow control valve and pump assembly is normal.
(4) If the above unloading pressure is normal, check the steering wheel to the left and right when the rotation force, the difference between the two should be ≤ 2.9N, or should check the cylinder pipe A and B are deformed or Improper installation. If the cylinder line is normal, check whether the rack shaft is bent and deformed. Whether the rack guide plug is tightly adjusted. If the rack guide plug adjustment is normal, then the steering control valve failure.
