    Failure Analysis Exclusion:
    1, check the oil tank is lack of oil, steering pump drive belt is slipping, while confirming the system without air. If the lack of oil or belt slip steering pump can not work properly and no help, if the oil mixed with the gas is due to the compressibility of the gas and can not help. Fill the oil or oil change, replace the clean belt, exhaust can be excluded from the corresponding failure.
    2, check the pressure to turn the pump. In the case where the pressure control valve and the shutoff valve are fully open, the static oil pressure at idle is measured to be less than or equal to 1500 kPa. Otherwise, check whether the fuel inlet and return line between the power steering gear and the power steering pump are clogged, aged or deformed. If there is no problem, then the steering wheel is faulty.
    3, if the detection of power steering pump pressure is normal, then the pressure control valve and throttle fully closed case, the measurement of idling pump unloading pressure should be 7200 ~ 7800KPa. If the pressure is too low, check the flow control valve and pump assembly is normal.
    4, if the above checks are normal, then check the steering wheel to the left and right when the power, the difference between the two should be less than or equal to 2.9N. Otherwise, check whether the cylinder tubing is deformed or improperly installed. If normal, check whether the rack shaft deformation, rack guide plug adjustment is too tight. If it is normal, then the steering control valve is faulty.
    5, if the left and right direction steering wheel steering force difference is normal, you should check and adjust the rack guide plug. If the rack guide plug can not eliminate the above fault, you should replace the power steering gear; if the rack guide adjustment is normal, you should check the power steering device other parts are faulty:
    1), steering shaft related parts stuck, turning freely
    2), turn the universal joint is faulty
    3), the ball pin assembly too tight or lack of oil
    4), the steering system within the mechanical parts interfere with each other.
    Second, turn the impact or vibration
    Symptom: When the current wheel to reach the maximum steering angle, the vehicle shock or vibration
    Failure Analysis Exclusion:
    1, check the rack guide plug adjustment is correct, and as appropriate to adjust. If the adjustment is invalid, replace the power steering.
    2, if the rack adjustment is correct, you should check the steering pump drive belt is skidding, it is necessary to adjust its preload or replacement.
    Third, turn to the spirit and manipulation of instability
    Symptom: the need for a more substantial turn the steering wheel, in order to control the direction of the car; car driving straight feeling unstable.
    Failure Analysis Exclusion:
    1, check the rack guide plug adjustment is correct, and as appropriate to adjust
    2, check the steering pump belt is skid, and adjust the preload or change the belt as appropriate
    3, check the idle speed is too low or idle instability. Rotate the steering wheel when the engine is idling or when the vehicle is running at low speed. If the engine is turned off, it indicates that the engine idling is not normal and should be adjusted.
    4, check the oil tank is lack of oil, power steering system whether there is air.
