    【Inspection process】
    First by the self-diagnosis to adjust the fault code to 5, the contents of the intake manifold pressure sensor failure. Further check the sensor, 5V power and ground lines are normal, but no output electrical signal. After careful examination, it was found that the contacts on the sensor wire plug were broken and no signal was output.
    【Fault Analysis】
    The effect of the intake manifold pressure sensor is to turn the vacuum inside the manifold into an electrical signal into the computer. When the throttle is closed, the vacuum in the manifold is large and the intake air in the cylinder is small. The amount of fuel supplied is also small. When the throttle valve is opened, the vacuum degree in the manifold is reduced and the intake capacity of the cylinder is increased. Fuel also increased. According to the intake manifold pressure sensor (and throttle position sensor or air flow juice) signal, timely adjustment of each fuel supply to ensure the normal operation of the engine. If the sensor fails, can not output the signal, the computer automatically in accordance with the pre-set signal, so that the engine to maintain operation. But the pre-set signal can not be changed with the vacuum, the adjustment, resulting in deterioration of engine performance.
