Symptom: Santana car engine speed rose to 3000r / min or so, the charging indicator that is flashing, and with the engine speed and brightness increased.
     Troubleshooting: Check the charge indicator line, no abnormal discovery. When touched the generator transmission pulley, there is loose feeling. Demolition of the generator, found that the generator before and after the bearing off, stator core wear marks, slip ring grinding with two deep groove. The original high-speed operation in the engine, due to the violent beating of the rotor, contact with the stator core, and affect the smooth engagement of the slip ring and carbon brush, so that the generator can not charge the battery, resulting in charging indicator light.
     Replace the generator before and after the bearing and the slip ring car back to the car after the test, troubleshooting.
